The Validase® line of enzymes is preservative free and derived from food-grade microbial sources which have not been genetically modified. The Validase® line includes carbohydrases (starch and non-starch), proteases (alkaline, neutral, acid), and a fungal lipase enzyme. Applications for these enzyme activities include starch liquefaction, dextrin saccharification, hydrolysis and modification of non-starch polysaccharide molecules (NSP), protein hydrolysis and trans-esterification of triglycerides. |
